How is asthma treated

As per the US National Asthma Education and Prevention Program, there are four important methods for treating asthma. These include frequent and regular assessment of symptoms, educating the patients, controlling the triggers which cause the attacks and routinely evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the medications.
