Asthma triggered by cold air


If you have asthma you must recognise your allergens and try to avoid them.The most common allergens are pollens, cow’s milk, chemicals and detergens. If you have asthma you should avoid cold air; cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief and cover your neck with a muffler as prevention.
