Recent research has confirmed that asthma can be inherited through certain genes which predispose a person towards contracting asthma. These genes are related to the immune system and they can lead to a tendency of the person to develop asthma if the person comes in contact with the causes or triggers leading to the development of asthmatic symptoms.
