4.To get good sleep, soak the towels in hot water and press it over the chest and back many times.  Dry yourself completely with clean towel and change the clothes and go to sleep.
5.As the polluted, stormy, smoky and dusty areas promote the attack of bronchitis try to avoid moving in such places.
Along with natural treatments, regular intake of vitamin supplements gives sufficient strength to fight against virus or bacteria.  The other alternative treatments are hydrotherapy, acupuncture and aromatherapy.

I repair water damage in Denver and there are many times where Denver Water Damage actually creates mold in the house, it is my understanding that if you do not remedy the mold situation it can actually create more problems with Bronchitis.   8. I thought I had swine flu this summer, but it appeared to be viral bronchitis according to the PA I saw. Its a nasty illness that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Vitamin D treatments were also helpful.

Funny, I went to Urgent Care and told them that I’m pretty sure I caught the swine flu, or pneumonia, and it turns out I have Viral Bronchitis, the symptoms are just annoying, it is a very nasty illness, Ill get sharp pains all over my body every once in awhile, I also get fatigued. The doctor told me theres no antibiotic, and Im going to have to tough it out, and it can take a couple of months he said! The illness has been fading for the most part, but its still noticable, Im not coughing anything anymore, Its usually dry coughs. It helps to drink tea, and water. I also have been taking Zinc lauzenges. I heard Garlic tablets are great as well. Of course E&J VSOP is another great remedy too.

  21. The mold being an allergen can worsen chronic bronchitis. It can even lead to Emphysema if left unattended. So it is better to keep the environment mold free at least for bronchitis patients
