Some of the common symptoms of lung cancer include coughing up of blood, persistent coughing, wheezing breaths, pain in chest or pain the abdominal regions. The patient might suffer from accelerated weight loss, muscular fatigue and lack in regular appetite. Some or all of these symptoms may occur in the patient including some uncommon symptoms like clubbing of finger nails and difficulty in swallowing.
