Asthma worse cold weather


Asthma can get worse if you exposed to running cold air. You can cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief or your neck with a muffler to prevent asthma getting worse. Make sure that you carry a portable oxygen supplement at all times.

  1. My son has asthma and I make sure he always keep a scarf on. Make sure that the whole head area is insulated, but covered from the cold air entering the lungs.
