Best ginger tea


Ginger Tea is a good home remedy to fight sore throat, cold, nausea, flu and indigestion. Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan. When boiled, add 2” piece of peeled and sliced ginger. Lower the heat, cover and let it simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Strain the liquid, and add honey and lemon to taste.
